You can customize the alert that Chronicle sends to inactive channels in Chronicle’s web dashboard under the “Channels” page within “Automatic Archiver Advanced Options”. Once there, you can configure the following settings:

• Where Chronicle sends inactive alerts to the inactive channels, the admin #chronicles channel, or both
• Whether members of the inactive channel can see a “Never Archive” button in the alert, allowing them to prevent the channel from ever being seen as inactive by the Chronicle
• How long a channel should have inactivity before the Chronicle treats the channel as inactive and sends an alert
• How many days to wait for more activity before archiving an inactive channel
• Which specific channels should be scanned for inactive channel notifications
