When an event occurs, Chronicle will include any related user using Slack’s mention feature to make it easy to find the user directly from the alert. However, you can turn off this feature within Chronicle’s dashboard under the “Events” page in the “Event Types” box. Toggling the “Mention users (@user) in notifications” will turn this behavior on or off.
