When an event occurs, Chronicle includes the related user via Slack's mention feature, making it easy to jump directly to that user from the alert. You can turn this off in Chronicle's dashboard under the Events page, in the Event Types box. Toggling Mention users (@user) in notifications turns this behavior on or off.
