How Do I Cancel My Subscription or Uninstall Chronicle?

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

1. Sign in to Chronicle's dashboard
2. Navigate to the Billing page from the sidebar
3. Select Deactivate Subscription

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, Chronicle's features will stop working.

If you'd also like to remove Chronicle from Slack entirely, follow Slack's instructions for uninstalling apps.

Note: If you have an active subscription, cancel it under the Billing page in Chronicle's dashboard before uninstalling.
