How does Chronicle calculate Slack user billing?

The number of Slack users counted for billing isn't directly tied to your total workspace user count, and it also differs from how Slack calculates billing users. Chronicle counts a user toward your billing plan if both of the following are true:

• The user is not a single-channel guest
• The user has not been deactivated or deleted

You can use Slack's built-in tools to estimate how many users would count toward Chronicle's billing. You can also sign up for a free trial and view your exact billed user count under Subscription Info in Billing.
