How do I transfer billing control to another user?

Billing settings can be managed by any Slack administrator who has signed in to Chronicle. The current billing contact — and the email address subscription updates are sent to — is automatically set to whichever user attached the primary payment method.

Note: If you need to change the billing contact or notification email without attaching a new payment method, please reach out. We can transfer control to another user or add a new email address for billing-related notices.
