How Slack channels are organized

Within Chronicle's dashboard, on the Channels page, channels are organized into three categories:

• Active – Channels with activity in the past 7 days
• Semi-Active – Channels with activity in the past 30 days, but not the past 7
• Inactive – Channels with no activity in the past 30 days

Activity is measured as a message sent to the channel by a user or bot, excluding informational messages such as those noting that a user has joined or left the channel.
